I was stationed on Pensacola Naval Air Station and trained to be a crew chief on a CH53. After injury, I was opened up to an opportunity to act as a personal trainer for other marines to help them pass the physical fitness test if they were struggling. I also managed the barracks and was responsible for accounting for over 450 marines daily. I was released to come home under a full honorable discharge in April 2004 as an E4.
