I started my career in Manufacturing in 2003 and worked on Ground Support Equipment from 2005 until 2012, with time spent in paint/sandblasting, welding, fabrication, and CNC machining. Since then, I have worked in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Production management, and Sales. My passion is Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, and Employee development. I have substantial experience teaching and implementing lean principles. I love encouraging ideas and trying to get the best out of your people by providing an environment that focuses on evolution, growth, personal and professional development, and success. I love change, and I thrive in an environment that is progressive and forward thinking. I am also interested in Organizational Change and Development and Organizational Psychology. I believe in Servant Leadership, and being a leader is one of my greatest joys because I believe you can accomplish anything with great leadership and a good plan. My ultimate goal is to be in an operations management role where I can lead the leaders and help them become the best version of themselves, all while maximizing financial results through waste reduction and productivity gains.
