Justin is a passionate philanthropic professional who specializes in capital campaign management and direction, major gift strategy development, and prospect research and analysis. Today, Justin serves as the Director of Major Gifts and Stewardship for Ensworth School in Nashville, TN.As a Director of Development for Vanderbilt University School of Engineering, Justin successfully managed a major gift portfolio that covered multiple major US markets. Justin was a key player in what was a historic fundraising year for the School of Engineering, securing outright and planned gifts of six-seven figures.While working within the NIU Foundation, Justin supported principal gift strategy, as well as strategic development for campus programs and initiatives. As a dedicated NIU alum, Justin worked to forward the mission, vision, and values of the university through philanthropy.Prior to joining the NIU Foundation, Justin served as a Senior Director for the leading strategic fundraising firm, CCS Fundraising. During this time, Justin orchestrated successful campaign planning and implementation efforts for key client partners.
