CNFC is a non-profit organization that assists families in transition by providing court-ordered parenting workshops, co-parent counselling, parenting coordination, and reunification therapy in Metro Atlanta• First point of contact for phone calls and emails to the Executive Director where necessary; communicating effectively with legal/ therapeutic professionals and families alike• Extensive calendar management for Executive Director• Exercise a strict level of courteous discretion and confidentiality • Liaising with Board of Directors, Gwinnett County Bar, Superior and Juvenile Court Judges, attorneys, and Guardian ad Litems• Arrange Board meetings; prepare and disseminate minutes• Generating court orders for services provided • Assist in compiling resources and course material for workshops, seminars, and training programs• Securing and implementing grant-funding • Organization of financial records in non-profit and personal business accounts via QuickBooks• Development and management of all social media and digital marketing/fundraising campaigns through Facebook, Twitter, MailChimp, and various online platforms• Website creation and maintenance through WordPress• Facilitate crowdfunding websites and respective drives• Arranging and setting fundraising events• Collect and present survey and assessment data • Fast and accurate audio transcription• Building relationships with community and business leaders• General administrative maintenance activities
