-Direct, lead, and mentor paraprofessional staff to maximize their professional potential and deliver high-quality medical care, client service, and business results. -Create and maintain paraprofessional schedules, coordinating with the Chief of Staff to meet client needs, proactively planning time off, and scheduling continuing education.-Serve as a communications liaison, conducting routine wellness clinic team meetings, sharing business information, and messaging, and ensuring associates are informed, engaged, and able to provide feedback.-Provide inspirational leadership by fostering positive professional relationships with the Chief of Staff, associates, veterinary partners, clients, field leadership, and corporations.-Develop annual plans, budgets, and productivity levels for the wellness clinic in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, field leadership, and corporate.-Drive consistent revenue growth and profitability improvements by monitoring financial and operational metrics, addressing deviations from the plan timely and appropriately.-Manage the daily operations of the wellness clinic to ensure consistent performance in wellness plan growth, market penetration, and client and associate retention, while maintaining labor cost efficiency.-Utilize proven methods to promote wellness clinic growth.-To maintain acceptable audit scores, oversee costs containment, cash control/banking, loss prevention, office and medical supply ordering, and inventory management.-As needed, provided guidance to other area wellness clinics.-Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
