Successfully trained over 800 Army 1st and 2nd lieutenants. Provided tactical knowledge and expertise of weapons training, doctrine and utilization strategy to the Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) Tactical and Field Training for the Army Logistics University at Fort Lee, VA. Evaluated and mentored the Second Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Expeditionary Unit scout sniper, force reconnaissance, and reconnaissance battalion personnel during all phases of the pre-deployment training program.-Implemented and supervised over 3,000 hours of high risk, high stress courses resulting in zero safety mishaps greatly increasing proficiency of the personnel attending.-Supervised and tracked 242 individual training areas, waterways, drop zones and landing zones in support of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit pre-deployment training program.-Maintained 100% accountability of over 240 Marines and Sailors in 6 locations spread over 250 miles during the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Realistic Urban Training through implementation of a tactical exercise control group utilizing positive communication between training personnel as well as a personnel and location tracker updated in real time.-Managed and streamlined three-security element courses totaling 128 students and 675 hours of instruction, demonstration and practical application through changes in scheduling, course structure and maximizing the student to instructor ratio.
