• Hired product managers across the Facebook Family of Apps and central product teams, including Marketplace, Instagram, Messenger, Newsfeed, Search, Growth, AI/ML, Payments, and more with a focus on both specialist roles and a generalist pipeline through passive sourcing • Achieved 225% of goal in offers generated for first full half (H1 2020) of production • Led team in underrepresented talent sourcing and hit entire target of offers with candidates from underrepresented groups for H1 2020 • Collaborated with recruiting partners to hold weekly syncs with product leadership on current pipelines, recruiting decisions and closing strategies • Handled referral pipeline to make sure candidate experience was top of mind which included timely reach outs, quick feedback and full transparency • Assisted in team matching phase for candidates by sharing their profile to multiple teams as well as advocating their strengths to help find the best fit

• Recruited technical program managers and program managers across nearly all of Google's product areas, with a primary focus on Devices and Services, Cloud, and Global Capacity Delivery • Achieved 57 candidate offers accepted compared to a goal expectation of 28 offers accepted during the length of my tenure•Recognized as one of three sourcers in the Channels Tech Partners organization (356 sourcers) for receiving over a 90% employee referral experience satisfaction rating • Generated pipeline as the sole product area POC for devices and services openings in the T/PgM space in addition to managing client relationships with hiring managers in the space through regular syncs to share data around pipeline and current hiring strategies • Selected by leadership to lead a cohort of 5 new team members which included facilitating weekly trainings to accelerate the onboarding process; topics included advanced sourcing techniques, client management, recruiting partnerships, and time management • Explored internal applicant tracking system data around top companies Google recruits technical program managers from in high hiring volume product areas (Cloud, Hardware, Ads, and Technical Infrastructure) • First out of 45 sourcers in organization for placement production in Q4 2018

• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.• Utilizes ATS to maintain candidate information and accurate data for reporting purposes.• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.• Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.• Manage a multitude of contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate contractor related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.• Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements.
