I started my career path with Bonel Building Corporation right out of High School as a labor and worked my way up to Site Superintendent, I have started at the bottom and have grown with the company that formed me into what I am today. I have managed multiple subcontractors on multiple apartment renovations from Florda to Texas. I have worked closely with Apartment Owners like Aimco, BH Management, Bell Partners, and Greystar. The apartment renovations consisted of interior improvements from demo to turn-key move in ready, exterior improvements as in structural repairs, building repaint, concrete repairs, roof work, windows and siding installation. I did a 340-unit interior renovation and window replacement in Jacksonville, Florida that extended for over 3 years. I have managed and coordinated large scale emergency storm damage teams from south Florida from Hurricane Wilma to Hurricane Beryl that landed in Galveston, Texas. I handled the 24-Hour response team that consisted of Tarping of Roofs, Securing damaged windows to doors, removing water damaged drywall and Carpet. I have been on the ground when the Storm just ended and have seen the devastation of people's life's being torn apart, this is where my compassion and empath for the people that lost everything. This is where the teamwork, dedication and compassion come into effect when I jump in to help the people with getting them water to drink and going up and beyond to help them find their personal belongings in the disaster. My next career path took me into Watermark Restoration where I was brought into Project Manager with this company. My experience helped greatly into this new role of handling large scale projects from 1 to 5 million dollars. I handled budgeting, scheduling, ordering materials and scheduling for one of the largest apartment complexes in Tampa, Florida. Rocky Pointe Apartments that is owned by MAA and its sister apartment Bay View with over 1000 units combined. I have handled the interior renovations from demo to turn-key move in ready, exterior renovation with siding repairs, re-roofs, exterior painting, boat lift repairs and work that needed to be done. I have worked closely with the owner's rep, Maintenace staff, Management and Residents. When i left there i went into GLE'S Associate and worked my way from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager. I have written PCR's (Plan and Cost) for Banks on new upcoming projects and have done onsite inspections for General Contractors Pay Applications (G702 & G703). We work with Microsoft excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
