I drove Metro Mobility buses, which transport people with disabilities. Drivers are given a list of pick ups and drop offs, but how to get to point A to point B is left up to the driver. I choose to work as a substitute because I liked the challenge and the variety it offered. My manager, Delaney Brinkley, once told me that I "run these routes better than some of the drivers who run these routes every day."
