I am a compensation nerd with a passion for developing and executing compensation strategies that are simple and easily understood yet aligned to competitive and equitable pay. My areas of expertise include base pay administration, short term incentive plan design, equity administration and international compensation (primarily London). In addition to base pay administration, I am the founder of the Compensation Tool, a compensation benchmarking web application that is extremely easy to use while being a robust platform for conducting market pricing analysis, reporting and compensation management.
