During my own Military transition I found my passion of helping people learn and appreciate the people and world around them. I love to train, develop, and manage adult learners so they can build their human capital. My skills in leadership, innovation, and creative techniques have let me fully maximize their potential and productivity thus leading them to find their SUPER MARIO!!!
