I led a team of in vivo pharmacologists responsible for the design, execution and detailed analysis of novel metabolic target assessments within the Integrated Physiology Research Department at Novo Nordisk Seattle.

Early Discovery Research & Target Assessment in Immunology.Supporting preclinical development of the first computationally-derived, therapeutic cytokine mimetics for oncology and autoimmune disease indications.

Early Discovery research - in vivo Pharmacology. Target Identification, Assessment & Validation. Obesity, Diabetes, Chronic Kidney and Liver Diseases

Evaluated small-molecule therapeutics through in vivo Tox, PK and PD assay's, supporting early-stage safety assessments.Also investigated the roles of PXR and CAR mediated hepatic signaling pathways in large scale in vivo exploratory studies.

Worked in a micro-array lab that is involved with the investigation of the genetic role of Prostate Cancer progression. Conducted efficacy, proof of principle and PK studies in vivo. Developed and optimized in vitro Immunohistochemistry and Polymerase chain reaction assays. Managed transgenic breeding colony.

Evaluated small molecule chemokine receptor antagonists in vivo.Designed and conducted Oncologic Xenograft PD and efficacy models.
