I am currently designing an ERP system tailored to a leading manufacturing company specializing in prototype machining and high-quality production.I am designing solutions that streamline complex workflows, namely job planning, material management, and routing, while addressing user pain points and ensuring seamless navigation.I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate intricate manufacturing processes into user-friendly interfaces, driving both productivity and operational excellence.Helpful Human was born and raised in Seattle and most of our team members still reside in the great PNW. At BUILT I created a design system for a large cryptocurrency exchange company. Using the atomic design methodology, I created atoms, molecules, and templates in such a way that any designer was able to make a change and it generated consistent changes across hundreds of pages.BUILT creates a custom team to help identify and solve for whatever your needs are. Utilizing long-term collaborators, we unite a hand-picked group to assist with projects that either can’t be tackled internally due to resource limitations or require an outside fresh perspective.

A Vantage Customer Experience (CX) Audit refers to the collection of methods, skills, and tools used to study and analyze how customers shop and interact with a site. Considering researched and documented eCommerce best practices, we observe aspects of your customer experience. These observations are evaluated against eCommerce benchmarks, researched facts, and user data. Gaps and Opportunities are identified to increase measured business goals including Customer Engagement, Conversion, and NPS...I am auditing the CX for a large international Ecommerce site with 500K daily buyers. Audited across browser sites and mobile apps to world-class standards. The audit goal is to identify conversion increase opportunities.

I teamed up with the creatives at Blue Origin to bring some big ideas to life with matte paintings and other digital art.Created the concept sketches and illustrations for a pitch deck to build tourist attractions near the Blue Origin launching site. Created the concept sketches for a presentation that ended in a multi-billion dollar deal.
