Lead the Department's legal bureau and manage a team of attorneys and other professionals. Serve as the Department's Ethics Officer, advising on ethical and compliance issues. Serve on the Department's leadership team, as well as intimately involved in the business development bureau.

• Create law firm and develop substantial book of business in wide range of matters, including creating business development strategy, budget, and marketing and communications plan.• Represent companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation and investigations. • Outside general counsel for several clients on a variety of matters, including business transactions, import/export issues, employee manuals and human resource matters, and intellectual property.• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and financial instruments, services and supply agreements, real estate deals, marketing agreements, as well as advise on compliance and employment matters.
