Principal duties and Responsibilities:• Provide technical pre-sales guidance, assist account managers in pre-sales activities and review the current status of client technology processes, such as demonstrations, presentations, POC’s and PS related work, in support of sales. • Co-design/develop technical plans with Product Management and rest of Sales Engineering team for the integration of our software products with customer applications.• Work closely with the Wave Account Managers to demonstrate Wave products and support technical presales requests.• Assist customers on-site or remotely to install and evaluate Wave Server and Client products.• Discuss and share information with Sales in order to collect a maximum and accurate customer feedback.• Work closely with Product Management team to describe correctly any new customer requests and help the company to prioritize them depending of business impact, engineering efforts and product quality.• Focus on product quality improvement.
