I was born and raised in southwest North Dakota, often working on the family farm. While growing up, I had a fascination with vehicles, and later technology, with a hope of finding a career to blend the two together. Then, while completing a high school IT essentials course, I knew I wanted to enter the IT field. I finished out high school assisting around the school with whatever technical difficulty arose, and carried that forward into college, where I worked to provide technical support to faculty and staff.Upon college graduation, I was hired at NISC, and have since held several roles within the company. These roles have allowed me to gain experience in on-prem hardware, software, and networking. My current role has exposed me to the even broader world of Software as a Service, and the ability to build automation processes across these services, both of which I am highly enjoying.
