Led an international team of consultants who help customers create new digital strategies, assess the business impact of technology investments, mange change, and execute at scale.Led a successful team cultural turnaround, emphasizing collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and usage of analytics, to drive quota achievement from 30% to 110% in one year.Led the creation of the holistic PTC customer lifecycle for the new SaaS business model, managing inputs from cross functional stakeholders. This team created 30 new customer experiences, across 7 organizations inside PTC. These experiences ranged from ways that customers could purchase PTC software, to how PTC could better communicate with customers based on their data profiles.Managed strategic partnerships with the World Economic Forum and the National Association of Manufacturers.Partnered with the National Association of Manufacturers to develop an engaging interactive Augmented Reality experience for children and young adults, showing them examples of the economic opportunities that a manufacturing career can provide.
