About Justin Hill

In terms of commercial property, I have let it, sold it, acquired it, bought it, designed it, planned it, developed it and refurbished it.All since 1980 where I started as a humble "shed agent" in the City of London for then Chartered Surveyors Michael Kalmar and Company.Since then, it's been a triple dip roller coaster ride of property boom and bust scanning four decades where my skill sets have widened from general agency through to new build property development and now to my current position as Principal of a commercial property design and build firm that I started in 2000.THINKING SPACE designs and fits out offices, shops and restaurants as well as rationalising, altering and refurbishing space whilst the clients are in situ. We work nationwide for specific clients although our core business tends to be in London and the Home Counties.
