In my role working as a construction supervisor I undertook the following: Day-to-day supervision of work crews of 30 to 50 people, Clear and grade, trenching, lower in and backfill, poly welding, reinstatement, installation of features, paperwork, field safety reports, JHA reviews (job hazard analysis), pre starts, toolbox meetings, rosters of crews, construction daily reports (occurrences, injuries, progress), managing work schedules and production timeframes. - Managing permits (hot and cold work excavation) and all live dig excavation crews.
