I am a barrister specialising in Court of Protection and Private Client litigation. I am ranked in Band 1 by Chambers and Partners for Court of Protection work, and I am recommended by both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 for both Court of Protection and Private Client litigation. My Court of Protection practice focuses on property and affairs matters and particularly on statutory wills and gifts and the appointment and removal of attorneys and deputies, although many property cases also have welfare elements such as where someone is to live and with whom they are to have contact. In Private Client litigation, I specialise in trusts, probate, Inheritance Act claims and the administration of estates. My views are my own.
