- Manage a staff of 7 Field Organizers responsible for contacting and turning out voters in 23 counties in Southwest Iowa- Structure Get Out the Vote program which filled 4072 volunteer hours in a four-day program covering all counties in the region- Coach, oversee and mentor Field Organizers to ensure regional voter contact goals and volunteer recruitment goals were met- 8 of the top 10 counties in Iowa with the largest partisan swing were in my region

Council Bluffs, Iowa

- Manage a staff of 14 paid canvassers and one Field Organizer responsible for voter contact in 21 counties in Southwest Iowa.- Hire and oversee paid canvass staff responsible for contacting and identifying over 89,000 voters.- Prioritize canvass routes and turf to meet contact goals as part of a 99 county strategy for the Iowa Coordinated Campaign

Sioux City, Iowa Area

- Develop and manage critical relationships with key community leaders, local elected officials, and local activists to build highly effective campaign organization- Secured 6 key endorsements, over 327 volunteer hours for Get Out the Caucus, and covered 25 precincts in three counties with trained Precinct Captains- Organize and build crowds for Candidate events and Policy round-tables

Sioux Falls, South Dakota Area

- Recruit, inspire, motivate and manage volunteers in support of voter persuasion, visibility efforts, and crowd building at targeted events- Identify and mobilize voters using voter file, phone banking and canvassing- Successfully identify and turn out supporters to win 55.57% of the vote
