Responsible for overseeing all engineering functions across the agency’s diverse portfolio of projects. As a member of the senior executive team, instrumental in employing the EOS system to overhaul Three29’s leadership strategy into a focused set of goals, processes, and KPIs.

Lead the software engineering function for multiple software products including eLearning courseware and a SaaS Enterprise LMS. Scrum Master Certified, managing 2 teams of developers to ensure effective sprint production. Work closely with VP of Product to ensure product and technology strategies are cohesive and that product/technology roadmap is achievable.

Worked to unify Emtrain’s suite of products into a coherent platform capable of flexibility and extensibility. Accomplishments include developing 2 new products, an online video library and a custom course creation tool, which provide the foundation for the creation of online learning and compliance courses.

Lead Developer for CaseTrac, a web-based system used for Agency and Client Management at Epic for the Employee Benefits division. CaseTrac was developed using the Ruby on Rails web framework. Responsibilities include development and support of the product, project management, system documentation in adherence with UML standards, translation of business requirements to development specifications, and system administration.

Built ConnectAve.com, a web-based system that enables people in organizations to build effective teams and share information. The suite of tools developed included a forum, messaging system, a complete e-commerce piece, file sharing, and various miscellaneous tools. Responsibilities included development, project management, system architecture and administration, and UML design work to translate business requirements to development specifications.

Administrative Leadership and co-technical lead of company's flagship product, iHouse, a website template product for real estate professionals, built in PHP. Responsibilities included the organization and prioritization of all new development, maintenance to the product, and supervision of two junior software engineers.
