Leading the legal department and handling all the legal affairs including legal documents drafting, project negotiation, contracts performance supervision, risk control, settlement support, dispute resolution, coordination among the various departments, legal training, IP protection, external lawyers controlling and other corporate matters, etc.

a.Project Negotiation: independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating TSAs, HMAs,Franchise Ageements and relevant legal documents for more than 100 Hotel Properties; b. Dispute Resolution: Handling the disputes arising between the Hotel Manager Company and the Owner; and providing professional guidance to the Owner regarding significant issues or emergencies related to Hotel’s operation;c. Risk Management: Perfecting contract templates, strengthening IP protection, optimizing internal work procedure, etc.

d. External Legal Counsel: Acting as legal counsel for many companies, responsible for contract drafting or providing professional comments on clients’ contracts, providing legal opinion on significant matters or emergencies;e. Project Negotiation: Participating in negotiations regarding lease of commercial property on behalf of landlord or tenant, JV projects, share transfer,etc; handling restructuring of SOEs, property rights transfer, staff resettlement, etc;f. Litigation & Arbitration: Representing clients in almost 100 cases regarding real estate joint development, real estate transfer, real estate distribution, corporate governance, share transfer, commercial lease, labor issue, etc.
