My passion is driving the efforts to build the most customer-centric and exciting cultures one will find in any dealership in the U.S. I was truly blessed that the cultures we have developed in our Defcon Family of Dealerships, and those we were able to build at WCMC and also H-D of Scottsdale consisted of some of the best teams, best facilities, best brands, best processes, and incredible systems with nation-leading results in the industry, and Defcon Powersports, and its teams are shining examples in this in the industry.I am one of the few that can honestly say I haven't actually WORKED a day in my life for the last 30+ years, as being just as excited about what I get to do today as I was when I started, is never work, it's passion, and the awesome customers that allow us to serve them and our teams that choose this industry as their profession are some of the best on earth!
