 Managed a group of ~150 remote/in-office sales coaches and sales agents in driving operational efficiencies and optimizing business processes.  Served as the project owner responsible for carrying out remote and onsite initiatives related to strategic leadership development, quality assurance (QA), interviewing, incentive budget allocation, and DEI efforts.

 Improved performance, retention, and employee satisfaction by providing front-line leaders and agents with engaging activities and content.  Tracked attrition trends and worked with the site director to mitigate agent turnover from 117% to 87%.  Traveled to all call center locations and presented in front of 1.5K agents and leaders, outlining the impact that services had on the lives of consumers to inspire and secure buy-in.
