(14 Days on – 7 days off, Camp Based Job)Aecon Construction as the Quality Lead, leading a team of 10 quality inspectors. Managed the quality department looking after two contracts for Aecon at the BHP Jansen Potash Mine project. The pilling contract entailed the installation of 3,600 drilled cast-in-place piles with a mixture of batter and vertical. The Civil contract involved 18 mass-pour pile-caps and over 900 piers and equipment foundations totaling 30,000m3 of concrete.Key Accomplishments:• Act as the liaison between Aecon Construction and the client's respective Quality and Engineering department.• Collaborate with the management team to develop and enhance the project quality-related documentation, including inspection checklists, forms, test protocols, work instructions, and procedures.• Manage the Quality Team including assigning tasks and responsibility to support each contract and develop training programs including continual improvement plans for both field and office-based activities.• Interface with the engineering, procurement, and construction groups to ensure that the constructed product meets the engineering design and requirements.• Assist the project construction team by interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering standards to troubleshoot problems and manage Requests for Information (RFI), Field Change Requests (FCR), Field Change Notices (FCN), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).• Ensure that all subcontractors are in adherence to project’s requirements and assist in the development of their respective quality programs.• Managing and complete turnovers for 27 individual subsystem to achieve a construction verification certificate (CVC).

(15 Days on – 13 days off, Fly in/Fly out Camp)Representing the EPCM for the construction of the $1.3B Cote Gold Mine, I work directly with home office and field construction teams to supervise infrastructure construction and trouble shoot any construction issues that need to be managed on site. This greenfield project requires the team to build out all the of the on-site infrastructure from the ground up. Key Accomplishments:• Provide timely communication and coordination between the Home Office and Field Construction.• Work collaboratively to develop the relationships required to improve communication and coordination with the multiple contracting companies on site.• Manage issues affecting job progress. Ensure home office and procurement provide timely information and deliverables (equipment and materials) to optimize our construction schedule and budget.• Coordinate planning and scheduling with the site contractors and procurement to adjust for sequencing issues or delays in equipment deliveries due to COVID-19 and other issues.• Interprete technical drawings, schematics, and engineering standards to troubleshoot problems and manage Requests for Information (RFI), Field Change Requests (FCR), Field Change Notices (FCN) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).• Interpret Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for all civil related construction on site.• Work with construction teams to plan and construct temporary construction areas (laydown areas, crane pads, etc.) to support future workflows.• Conduct site civil inspections (QA/QC) for rebar and structural steel installations.• Collaborate with construction contractors to create field directives, including pricing and sourcing materials.• Lead and participate in Daily Toolbox Meetings, Focus Audits, Field Visits and HS&E events.

(8 Days on – 6 days off)Reporting to the Field Forman, responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of 40 thermal wells producing 5,000 bpd. Provided vacation coverage for permanent operations staff. Reliably met production targets and KPIs without any safety incidents. Key Accomplishments:• Participated in the daily safety meetings and ensured safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.• Gathered and analyzed production data utilizing SCADA and PVR systems to monitor and record field production.• Maintained daily logs and conducted data entry for operational activities and parameters. • Read and interpreted technical drawings, schematics ad engineering standards in order to troubleshoot operational problems.• Coordinated and supervised maintenance tasks.• Conducted well testing and well inspections.• Completed day-to-day housekeeping and site maintenance activities.

(Fly-in Fly-out camp rotational position)Reporting to the Field Lead, safety executed field maintenance and operational tasks required to support natural gas production across northern BC. Successfully negotiated remote terrain, driving and moving from camp to camp as the work required. Executed all task safely with a risk-based mindset to identify and mitigate hazards.Key Accomplishments:• Participated in the daily safety tailgate meetings and field safety training programs.• Supported the re-branding of Progress’ properties within the Montney area in northeastern British Columbia. This entailed changing out all signage at gas plants, water treatment facilities, well sites, pipelines and risers.• Participated in well site inspections and related activities included water testing, pumping standing water offsite, and ensuring all required safety markings and signs were present.• Assisted an experienced operator with turnaround activities for a Refrigeration Plant and Compressor Station. Activities included assisting the operator with his necessary unit inspections and maintenance logging. Supported the site access safety program by ensuring all contractors had the required information/permits, safety and training tickets prior to conducting site services. • Daily maintenance and housekeeping activities for the plants and well locations (scrubbing compressors and cleaning sites).• Worked a 15/13 rotation and lived in a field production camps located off the Alaska Highway. Was required to operate a company vehicle including driving on leased gravel roads.
