Key Responsibilities• Co-built a fundraising sales team from the ground to reach 24 full time fundraising staff plus office staff. This was across the 4 channels of door-to-door, street fundraising, shopping centres and travelling teams. • Produced training programs and conducted in-depth, ongoing training for Fundraisers and Team Leaders. This included both “sales” techniques and also up to date charity information.• Inspiring, motivating and coaching staff to hit donor acquisition targets. • Mentoring staff to overcome challenges, setbacks, failures and obstacles of every kind.
