I'm Justin Kostecki, a dad of 2 formerly employed with Fisker Inc. in the role of Chassis Buyer. My favorite thing about working at Fisker Inc. was overcoming the new and different challenges that are unique to EV startups. My experience in Automotive / Purchasing started at Honda R&D Americas, LLC. While working to develop the future of the Honda light truck line up, I've increased my knowledge on new manufacturing techniques, built supplier relationships, and provided business feedback to our Design operations.Previously, I worked with the wonderful Human Resources team at Nationwide Mutual Insurance in Columbus, OH. There, I was an advocate for customer service assisting Nationwide employees with questions related to pay, benefits, and time off. Before working with Nationwide, I was employed with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. I enjoyed getting to assist individuals with disabilities in processing their Social Security Disability claims. Having the opportunity to speak with some of these individuals and their families was one of the more rewarding experiences of my background.During my experiences at Ohio University, I worked in the university's department of residential housing mostly as a resident assistant. The interpersonal skills I've gathered through my time at Ohio University allow me to effectively communicate with others from all different backgrounds as well as address issues efficiently and swiftly.
