My primary objective as a Retail Automotive Sales Professional was to develop and maintain my personal sales brand. It was my responsibility to capitalize on what was provided i.e. (training and leads) and to ultimately generate and secure business. In 2015, I sold 168 vehicles for an average of 14 units per month.• Sell and promote Finance and Insurance products. This included loans, vehicle service contracts and accessories. My goal was to have 20% of sold vehicles financed. In 2015, my finance penetration rate was 26%.• Negotiate the terms of each sales agreement. This included the selling price of the vehicle, finance terms, alterations to the vehicle’s condition or all of the above. Strong negotiation skills were therefore required to be successful. • Following up on inbound telephone inquiries, meeting with walk in prospects and managing Internet inquiries with a customer relations management (CRM) system.• Converting inbound telephone and Internet inquiries to appointments.• Cold calling qualified sales prospects.Significant Achievements:• Met Honda’s Council of Sales Leadership level’s three times.• Was offered promotion to Assistant Honda Sales Manager in May of 2014.• Achieved gross earnings of $8,584 in January of 2015.• Achieved gross earnings of $8,192 from 23 vehicles sold in July of 2015.• Earned $8,180 from 18 vehicles sold in August of 2015.• Sold 21 vehicles in September of 2015.• Achieved a record average gross profit of $3,218 with a record single unit gross profit of $8,385 in October of 2015.• Sold four vehicles in a one-business day on April 14th 2017.• 1st place sales leader in March, April, May and August of 2017.• Achieved record income/performance of $9,800 in August 2018.

As a leasing consultant I managed the sales process from start to finish, presented apartments and communities in a compelling way, overcame objections, built relationships and created excitement. I was responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing maintenance requests, and resolving resident disputes.
