My journey began at American Family Insurance, where I honed my skills and carved a path that led me to where I am today – the proud founder of Badgerland Home Crypto Mining.In the dynamic world of insurance, I quickly rose through the ranks. Starting as a sales representative in the call center, I distinguished myself as a top producer, consistently dominating the sales board. My ability to exceed targets and my unwavering dedication soon led to a pivotal role as an insurance agent. Tasked with building my book of business from the ground up, I embraced the challenge. Through a blend of trial, error, and the invaluable guidance of mentors, I once again found myself leading the pack in sales.However, my ambitions stretched beyond sales. In 2015, driven by a vision to enhance operational efficiency, I began implementing action plans that significantly impacted our bottom line. My initiatives saved the office $95,000 and boosted sales by 10.5%, primarily through strategic adjustments in our internet lead purchases. My success in these endeavors caught the attention of our headquarters, leading to my role as a Product Owner. Here, I leveraged new skills and certifications in agile methodology, Excel data analysis, and Scrum to drive projects that consistently met and exceeded KPIs.In November 2022, I channeled all my accumulated experience and insights into launching Badgerland Mining Club. Under my leadership, BMC was able to raise $275,000 in a seed round with 0 advertising and ultimately get acquired by Mati Greenspan and Quantum Expeditions. During my brief tenure I've been extremely effective at driving results and progress as can be seen by the successful deployment of Quantum Expedition's first set of miners before the EOY well ahead of schedule.
