- Spearheaded the department wide effort to onboard 30 Rewards applications to an efficient and reliable automated failover process - Collaborated on the migration of 2 tables from Cassandra to DynamoDB using an ad-hoc Glue ETL job, allowing users to receive a bonus for early spending- Supported 10 applications, most of which done in Spring Batch and Spark Java, that were vital in the daily processing of Capital One partnership rewards and sent it downstream for further processing- Presented on the comparison between AWS Glue vs EMR spark clusters, ease of setup, cost comparison, and possible use cases

- Contributed heavily to 3 major projects centered around sending various push notifications/text messages to delinquent customers, saving $10 M annually in total. - Designed and built out a Spring Boot back end for an internal application that enabled business to set legal instructions for agents to follow - Collaborated with business and a value stream architect to create a new database schema to split out legal instructions more effectively into separate categories, allowing for easier maintenance and reducing technical debt. - Gave presentation on the positives of test-driven development to the department, which included a live coding session with TDD; done in Angular
