I have had the privilege of developing a community of learners and creators and giving back to the creative community that has provided me with so many opportunities along my journey. In my role, I help lead the overall vision and direction of the organization, working closely with my co-founder and our team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.My key responsibilities include partnership management, event planning, curriculum programming, volunteering, and mentoring. I work to build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and individuals to expand our reach and impact, while also ensuring that our events and programs are well-organized and effective in achieving our mission.I am deeply committed to developing educational opportunities for youth interested in the arts and creative fields. Through our workshops, panels, and other events, we provide hands-on experiences for students to explore their interests and develop their skills alongside like-minded peers.As a co-founder, I am also responsible for fundraising and financial management, and have successfully secured funding from a variety of sources to support our programming and organizational growth. I am passionate about creating a sustainable and impactful organization that can continue to serve our community for years to come.The Archive has been a rewarding and challenging experience, and I am proud of what we have accomplished so far. I look forward to continuing to lead and grow the organization, and to making a positive impact on the lives of young people in our community.
