● Complete a variety of HR functions and processes including recruitment, applicant selection, onboarding functions, offboarding services, and functions related to salary changes and promotions. ● Oversee HR transaction for 4 departments the equivalent of 600FTEs.● Act as a liaison with the International Student and Scholar Services Office in order to coordinate International Visa Administration requests, including J-1, H-1B, O, TN, OPT and Permanent Resident applications for Faculty, Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Associate series and students that require work authorization.● Create transactions in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system related to compensation, position and personnel management.● Maintain accurate, timely and complete records ensuring compliance with Federal, State and University laws, regulations, policies and procedures.● Assist with the coordination of FMLA procedures.● Assist, as needed, with the annual base, salary and incentive letters generated and sent to all faculty● Provide support, guidance and interpretation of Federal, State, University and SOM laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures Assist, as needed, with the annual base, salary and incentive letters generated and sent to all faculty● Collaborate with the UCHealth, CU Medicine, and Children’s Hospital Colorado privileging and credentialing units to credential and re-credential new and existing providers.
