Joined first as a participant in the Neighborhood CRM challenge, from January to April. The challenge was to design and create a useable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for neighborhood non-profit organizations. I benefited from the collaboration with a small team to create a simple, easy-to-maintain solution for non-profit organizations to maintain and manage all contact and grant information.In the following summer, from June to August, I returned as a Leader particularly for the Unofficials challenge. This opportunity allowed me to supported the team’s mentor in helping to move the project’s vision and end-goal along in an efficient manner, while fostering the team’s learning of Innovation and Design Thinking skills.In greater detail, I helped navigate a small team through their requirements, meetings, and deliverables, to ensure all questions were resolved and advised.
