In my role as the Director of the Inclusive Leadership Strategy (ILS), I am partnering with companies and organizations to engage their management to be more inclusive leaders. Our solutions provide opportunities for leaders to developpractical ways to deepen relationships with peers and employees, grow their own personal brand, and understand their own experiences and stories.Our mission is to provide companies with a competitive (being seen as a great place to work, retaining talent, more insightful product development) and collaborative advantage (more engaged teams, broader connections with peers and employees, leadership brand development).
