In this role I've covered the Goshen community, the courts, business, agriculture and the Elkhart County 4-H Fair.• In addition to daily work planned all content and generated significant amounts of content for two special sections.• Planned staff handling of a major community event, collaborating with various internal departments and external organizations. Worked as assistant editor for one year and editor for one year. During that time we doubled the frequency of publication and moved the Papyrus onto the web for the first time.Oversaw a staff of 10 and a publication budget.
