Responsible for leading all aspects of provider network strategy including, access analysis, network operations and supporting payers with analysis related to reimbursement and unit cost management. Responsible for overseeing the coordination and negotiation of the contracting, provider relations, credentialing departments and value-based initiatives.

Responsible for providing overall management and direction for Provider Contracting and Network Development. Responsible for strategic direction of provider contracting, network development and reimbursement activities that support increasing the quality of care and reducing overall healthcare costs.

Oversite of regional provider contracting activities comprised of more than 11,000 practitioners and 160 hospitals to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with the business unit’s policies and standards, government laws and regulations as well as implementing development activities for the recruitment and contracting of provider networks in new and prospective markets, and existing market expansions.

Developed and facilitated statewide project and program, implementing accountable and value based healthcare throughout the state of Idaho.

Provided leadership and supervision duties for staff throughout primary care clinic. Managed patient care responsibilities and operations of staff for more than 10,000 patient lives.
