I love instrument business, with my excellent service and professionalism, I have built many long-term relationships with clients and are as close as friends, I have over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in chemical analytical instruments, familiar with strategic planning, building departments and forming new business teams, self-worth and integrity are how I have survived in this industry for so long, my Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Taipei Institute of Technology (NTIT), and my MBA degree from the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). I am currently working as CEO-Designate at Metrohm China, where my responsibilities include developing and leading sales and customer service teams, developing business and marketing strategies, improving service quality, creating the best customer experience, and achieving goals set by the Board of Directors.
