Justin served 12 years at Willis Re North America. As leader of the Personal and Small Commercial Property segment for Willis Re North America, Justin directed collaboration across offices to enhance account management, new business production and content development. Cognizant of the dynamic marketplace, Justin worked closely with analytics leaders to propel the evolution and differentiation of the value-added service offering, including the integration of the Insurance Consulting and Technology capabilities to assist carriers with portfolio level profitability and growth. In addition to segment responsibilities, Justin focused on servicing and developing client relationships for regional carriers in the Midwest region across Property and Casualty lines as well as the Southeast coastal property market.Prior to joining Willis Re as a member of the Graduate Hire training Program in 2008, Justin graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a double major in Finance and Economics. Justin holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (“CPCU”) and Associate in Reinsurance (“ARe”) designations.
