As an AVP of Commercial Lending I focused on working with businesses and individuals to establish relationships that provided 100% of their banking needs.While analyzing business financials for my clients' needs and stress testing their commercial real estate portfolio properties, I was responsible for monitoring the Bank's loan portfolio and loan loss reserve. I worked closely with the Management of the Bank for asset quality and the risk management program.

My responsibilities as a credit analyst included analyzing data, summarizing the information, and preparing the essential financial spreads to underwrite loan presentations to the Board of Directors. I worked closely with the Senior Lender to manage the Bank's loans while supporting the lending team with loan and policy reviews. Some special projects completed during this tenure included acting as the liaison between executive officers and loan operations to improve the accuracy and efficiency of daily procedures. This increased communication and fine-tuned the execution of various committees, including compliance, trend analysis, forecasting, technology, and strategic planning.

US Army Staff Sergeant. Was responsible for training, planning, executing and leading operations with up to 50 soldiers in the U.S. and abroad. Recognized as a strong and capable leader, responsible for cross-functional team building, multi-cultural communications, change management, and quality/ performance improvement. Upon return from tour of duty in Iraq, left the military after contract obligation was satisfied and was honorably discharged.
