Throughout my career, I've consistently discovered opportunities for innovation in places others might overlook. This vision has guided my work for nearly two decades, from my roles as a faculty member and professional communicator to my current endeavors in the mental health and wellness industry.My deep commitment to mental health and wellness stems from personal challenges and my experiences as a faculty member, where I had a unique window into the lives of thousands of diverse individuals.
