Duties Include:- Manage entire accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation- Conduct income audits to verify revenue accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies- Perform bank reconciliations to reconcile cash transactions and ensure financial accuracy- Process and record payments (ACH, wire, and check) in a timely manner- Submit and code (100+) invoices weekly to the appropriate department- Assist Director of Finance with month-end closing, including journal posting, ledger reconciliation, and accruals- Work alongside several department directors in managing forecasts on a weekly basis to ensure proper budgeting- Create and implement training for hotel staff to ensure proper usage of accounting and procurement systems

Duties Included:- Respond to emergency medical calls in a timely and safe manner and gain effective control of the situation- Quickly and competently analyze medical emergencies and apply the correct medical treatment- Correctly document every call into patient care report system for accurate history keeping and patient advocacy
