Initially contracted to help build a new Marine Technician Program for a University it quickly became apparent that more needed to be done onsite. My family and I moved from California to Florida to implement and launch this brand new program. Having obtained all the relevant licensing, built the curriculum, written the syllabi and petitioned for the approval and accreditation of the Marine Technical Program I stayed on to run through the first year. Having finished building the program from nothing my contract is coming to an end.

Dedicated to the development of new training and publications for Suzuki Motor of America, Inc in Brea. Brought in to help revamp outdated training materials and restructure the OEM run Instructor Lead Training Program. In my time at Suzuki I revamped complete modules and wrote brand new modules from scratch while learning new training and development programs.. Implementing new ideas and platforms for dealers to maximize profit was something that I have taken pride in and developed a complete Training Segment around.

I recently added, looking after the North American BRAMMO Dealership Network to my responsibilities at BRAMMO Inc. This is a great opportunity to help BRAMMO get more of a foothold in the emerging E-Motorcycle Market.My duties included, Warranty administration and approval, dealer and distributor training, dealer relations, new dealer prospecting and assisting the marketing and sales team in any way possible. I built a strong relationship with my dealers, not only in the united states but globally, and was instrumental in signing new dealers to the Brammo network.I became an integral part of the Sales team and we worked together to secure new business as well as follow up on previous sales to make sure Brammo was represented professionally and effectively.
