- Multi-faceted Engineering and Project Management role within the Business Development group for Contract Manufacturing. - Interface with customers during quotation phase for DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews of received data and improvement considerations for increasing manufacturability. - Review Bills-of-Materials to provide budgetary estimates on labor, mechanical, and electronic components while proposing alternates existing within the organization for cost savings opportunities. - Perform formal entry of data into internal PLM/SAP production systems upon award and continue as liaison between customer and internal manufacturing teams for technical discussions through series production.

- Program Manager for HID (Human-Interface-Devices) and sub-system control projects to be used in truck/trailer refrigeration systems. - Maintain project schedule and oversee functional teams in coordinating activities pertaining to development and production. - Interface with internal customer stakeholders and management teams to report on progress as well as coordinate requirements and monitor change notices.

- Direct customer interface for technical development from RFQ to production. - CORE team member and interface with various local and global management teams on status of project development. - Analyze and interpret customer needs to derive System requirements and architecture for the program.- Work closely with various disciplines of engineering in the creation of sub-system requirements and implementation during the development cycle.- Manage schedule for functional development teams during implementation and define milestones to achieve customer timelines. - Domestic and Over-seas travel to various customer and Marquardt locations during the program life-cycle to aid technical discussion and over-see first article production of newly created assembly lines.

- Assist with all aspects of developing robotic sensors and products to be used in an educational environment. - Create schematics, layouts, and hand assembled prototype circuit designs for testing and proof of concept. - Coordinate with local and foreign suppliers to procure molds, components, and production level assemblies. - Firmware development for 8-bit and 16-bit Microchip PIC microcontrollers
