Cybersecurity manager

Responsible for delivering global enterprise services for end user computing, mobility, and print. Managing a diverse team of ~75 IT professionals across 4 countries. This includes the engineering, architecture, and L3 technical support for +100k globally managed PCs, +45k mobile devices (iOS/Android), and +10k network printing fleet. Key products owned and managed: Windows operating system, Edge/Chrome browser, Microsoft Office 365, security products (AV, intrusion prevention, firewall), UberAgent, SCCM, etc. Team is also responsible for security patch compliance, authentication, encryption, and hardware certification across all devices. We also develop a variety of custom solutions to enable automation, preventative remediation, and self-healing capabilities to deploy at scale, across the enterprise. Business Venture Manager on project(s) introducing technologies and capabilities to transform/modernize end user computing through implementing Zero Trust Architecture, elevating the security posture against cyber threats. Key vendor relationships w/ Microsoft, Dell, Apple, HP, Xerox, SentinelOne, etc.

Designing the future state of delivering Productivity Solutions. Enabling solutions support capabilities through negotiating an agreement with a Managed Service Provider. Establishing a new rapid application development platform in Microsoft’s Power Platform - user enablement, opportunity identification and standards/best practices.

Managed the execution of a 100% virtual summer internship program for 70 interns

Research & modeling focused on the development of the Corporation's World Economic Outlook & Energy Outlook publication - ExxonMobil's view of energy demand & supply through 2040. Macro economics and demographic modeling supporting the corporate Plan. Also supported various corporate functions (P&GA/Law/investor Relations) with activities like Energy & Carbon Summary, Investor day, Shareholder meeting, etc. Additional support provided to the Chairman, Management Committee and BoD.

- Led global team of 12 analysts providing infrastructure solutions and builds to facilitate the sale of ExxonMobil assets consisting of thousands of workstations in various refineries/manufacturing plants/retail stations/office buildings globally- Executed 3 divestitures across Japan/Switzerland/Belgium/Luxembourg/Italy/Netherlands/USA over an 18 month period- Managed a multi-domain Active Directory infrastructure allowing business to continue to run during the months required to complete the asset migrations & sale transaction- Developed custom solutions to automate different elements of the infrastructure migration process leveraging Microsoft's Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT)- Standardized end-to-end migration process enabling similar projects to more efficiently execute the various phases of a divestment using a common solution

- Provided technical solutions and tier 3 support to a global PC environment of 100k workstations- Lead contact for cyber security attacks working with Symantec and other vendors on investigation, identification, prevention and remediation- Developed automated virus definition download solution for PC Infrastructure of 100k workstations increasing the security and frequency of virus updates to daily vs. a manual weekly process- Led Work Transfer Program (US to Brazil) responsible for the training and development of 4 employees in Curitiba- Primary mobility technical and operational expert for the introduction of iOS devices into the corporation with 12k devices deployed globally in 11 months- Developed and built a managed industrial handheld infrastructure enabling real time SAP inventory updates for plants and warehouses increasing the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse inventory
