I lead a centralized support team within operations that focuses on operations execution, advising decisions makers on risk and uncertainty, delivering special projects/initiatives and solving complex challenges. This integrated multi-disciplinary team is responsible for the company’s production data management, petrotechnical data solutions, integrity/reliability, and SME support for artificial lift and oilfield chemistry.

I managed the Data and Analytics team within the Integrated Performance Organization. The team was a combination of the petrotechnical data solutions team and the advanced analytics team, designed to better integrate and leverage synergies within the organization. Near the end of 2021 I assumed the responsibility of the Production Data and Surface Solutions teams as well.The focus of the analytics team was delivering pre-drill well performance predictions including sensitivities to spacing, proppant, and lateral length; supporting decision quality including framing of pilots/trials; and providing updated ESP failure predictions based on current running conditions. The Petro-tech data team continued to deliver enterprise data solutions within our company’s data platform. They also developed tools to support the on-going needs of the assets Petro-tech community.

Responsible for surveillance, optimization, and repair of 1500-2000 CBM wells • Created an innovative workflow to batch process wells for quick review and initiated bi-weekly meetings with operators to review well performance and generate actions to be taken in the field• Instituted holding back pressure on wells to stabilize ESP operation when switching wells to different facilities with varying inlet pressures • Evaluated well downs for economics and strategic objectives, made recommendations for new artificial lift and coordinated repair work with field staff• Artificial lift experience – ESP, downhole sensors, PCP, hydraulic pumps Successfully evaluated, managed and executed the installation of ARID systems within my field. The system was designed to produce and inject all within the same wellbore and required well selection, permitting, testing/sampling, and hardware installationManaged one of the largest P&A programs in the State, successfully plugging ~500 wells over two years. A programmatic approach led to economies of scale and was able to prove a lower plugging cost than estimated and thus reducing State bonding by 30% as a resultActed as the primary source for financial reporting for the field asset. Designed and implemented LOE reports for each supervisor and route as well as total Opex reporting for the Operations Manager. • Streamlined the reporting workflow and expanded it to our sister asset saving the company 7-10 man-days per month between the two assetsManaged various landowner relations including: waterwall impairment investigation and resolution, negotiated wellbore and water well assignments and executed road reclamation agreementsInterfaced with State regulators to review and action shut-in wells, conduct necessary testing and validation of wellbore integrity and all requirements associated with well pluggingAssisted in review and validation of an asset wide measurement and production allocation project Mentored summer interns
