I have 13 years’ experience as an Asset Manager within the Corporate Real Estate Sector. My primary focus is to maximize stakeholder value through ensuring sustainable growth in Net Operating Income (NOI) within my portfolio, achieved through development and implementation of a strategy per asset, driving income through key relationships, contracting operational services at preferential rates, and prudent spend on capital projects.I currently work for a top-performing Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE); previously, I worked for the largest asset management corporation on the African continent. Working for two of the most successful and established asset management companies in Africa, I have been afforded the opportunity to manage properties across South Africa, have travelled extensively, and worked in an extremely challenging and competitive market. I completed my post-graduate degree with Honours in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town in 2007 and have since continued my educational journey with the addition of complimentary qualifications.
