I am currently volunteering with ICS - Raleigh international Tanzania as a Team leader. My role is to help volunteers deliver a course to rural villages. To help stop defrostation by educating youth on other forms of income. This will involve teaching them how to become entrepreneurs and set up there owns businesses.

Job role:Organising breaks, dealing with complaints, making sure people stick to the rules, mc on the mic, making sure the team is happy, dealing with admin, first aid injurys, fire marshall and fire extinguisher trained. I also help with the general maintaince of the park i.e looking after the trampolines and fixing sub frames etc.

I was a telesale rep for a ppi company in which i sat on the phone for 8hours aday calling people getting them to get us to check if they are owed a ppi refund. Was a good job and met a few nice people and also spoke to many nice and not so nice people over the phone

I worked as Head Delivery driver for Firezza Wimbldeon when it first opened. I had to cover the routine task of a delivery driver e.g delivery,cleaning etc. But i was also in charge of training new staff in maintaing and checking there bikes as well as teaching them how to read the map and deal with customers at the door.
