• Leading and managing infrastructures across a multitude of solutions & technologies• Main point of contact for Chief and Senior level infrastructure issues across production environments• Responsible for helping the company to remain IT compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of it's operations• Involved in testing of various information networks and software applications, as well as troubleshooting all IT related issues• Supervisor for a team of 2 support technicians and 4 system administrators while creating systematized training materials

• Installing and configuring Sightline’s software, hardware, and network infrastructure • Daily monitoring of system performance and health checks across multiple devices both physical and virtual • Ensure security across all Sightline’s environments through access controls, backups, and firewalls • Regular software updates across dev, UAT, simulator, and production • Continued development of expertise to train peers and internal groups on new technologies • Build and document processes and steps through runbooks and guides for complex updates and changes of production and non-production systems

• Support and manage Alogent’s banking software in staging, UAT, and production Data Center environments• Daily troubleshooting of windows server logs, windows services, application pools, and SQL environments • Develop and build automated solutions for new processes, FTE, and temporary bug fixes • Develop and built multi-phase runbooks for production datacenter software upgrades and windows server maintenance• Complete software upgrades and windows patches during regularly scheduled maintenance windows
