Lead designer and project manager for a $750k Interactive "Innovation Center" office renovation. Coordinated with GC and subcontractors for value engineering, scheduling, site evaluations, RFI's, CO's, FF&E quoting & coordination, and punch lists.

Responsible for all aspects of the companies day to day operations of landscape and residential construction projects, to include estimating, project coordination, supervision, procurement, construction and financials.
